Thread solved request

ok we have a help section so when threads are solved we want the orginal thread starter to be able to click a link at top of his thread and this will then move the thread to a closed section.

1 button they click (thread starter only or admins.mods) and thread is moved from the section to another closed section.

Anyone got any ideas on how to do this ?
