Hi,
Currently I have vBulletin forum with 1,100 Members.
My host provider is complaining about sending over 200-300 emails
per hour to Members.

Dose somebody has a 'hack' which will send 250 emails per some period of time (>60 min)?

This have been discussed in teh last few months, not sure if it resulted in a hack. Try searching for it first.
