Hello there,

can anyone make a hack or modification that ask's the whom want to register from where did u hear about us in the registration form and i can manage it from admincp

and if possible it can be under the user name!!!

There is no modification need for this.
What you need is to add an additional profile field via admin control panel, and make it required if you wish so.
