Collapse button not working?

there's a collapse button on the chat window, but it doesn't seem to work.. is it just me?

Works for me in Firefox (you mean the minimize button, right?)

You referring to the "Maximize" button between minimize and close in the top right corner of the screen? If so it's disabled as the window is a pop up, besides, the window opens up at full height/width.
