i have run a board for 7 years, and need more revenue than just the advertising- something that is regular would be great. (sure, you all know the story)

in any case, what incentives could i offer to members that are nice and friendly, and could be used for pay features?

something like colored usernames, extra pm space etc. and, another question, how could i do this administratively for a forum of 3000? i am upgraded to the current vb version.

there are alot of things you could offer depending on host you could offer free @domain email accts.(use hivemail to automate it)
special forum access as well all you need to do is set up different usergroups in the usergroup manager
