Help! Not see'in Thread title anymore!

i got this:

after i installed some hacks or did something else wrong but i dont know what

can anyone tell me how i can fix this?
where do i need to look?
or is it a known bug?

please help me!

EDIT:
So the weird thing is that there is a "go to last post" button and that is also fully working and stuff there is even an lastthread icon image... but the lastthread title... is gone :S
