going from 1.1 to 2.3, installation error yikes!

Hello,

finally got around to updating everything, but I'm stuck on this one error while installing vbchat. I'm doing it as a "fresh" installation,
it'll get here

but upon clicking the apply database modifications, it'll error out with

how can i "delete" the vbchat_store so it can create it fresh?

also, that may not be the correct method, is there something else i'm missing?
