I think it's a very good idea this. Lottery system with numbers that can be buyed with paypal. Members can buy 1-5 numbers (from 100 for example).

When enough "tickets" are sold, the script pics a number and that user gets payed from paypal the total from all sold tickets minus the commision for the admin

A big hack I think but could be very cool and makes money for admins too
