how would i insert the row Rank into user table

i need the sql code, i been messin with this for a bit and cant figure it out

yeah well i dont understand all that stuff all i need is simple code to add row Rank into user table

man this is depressing noone knows how to insert a row, i mean yeah i dont know mysql but i ask in the mysql forum and dont get an answer

Are you trying to add a user named 'Rank' or am I mistaken ?
