Not bad, is it dynamic or static? I'd think that updates would get annoying after a while if static.

screen shot of what it is supposed to look like on your browser would be nice ^^.

*is wondering if header is supposed to lineup with sidebars or not*

dynamic meaning does it update automatically or do you have to continually update the news portion HTML constantly

This is still better suited in this forum, no worries on the confusion. It's not really clear in the forum descriptions !

I just added some images instead of just table headings or w/e. And im going to use cutenews for this.

I think the black is too overpowering with the rest of your color scheme.
