Changing coppa text

ok i want to rescrict to under 16

i've changed age in register.php.

checked registering

COPPA Policy

All users under the age of 13 must seek permission from their parent or guardian in order to gain membership of the forums. While we welcome participation from members under 13, we require that a parent or guardian fax or mail back a signed permission form before we grant membership.

how do I change text in COPPA Policy on the registration page?

In your admincp, look under languages and phrases and click on search. Type in Coppa - you will see a list of the phrases you will want to edit.
