Im looking for a mod that allows having to pay for registering in the forum.

This is not an out of the box feature in vBulletin. You could however let anybody (??) register with no permissions to view forums or just a guest forum.

Then you can use paid subscriptions with usergroups to give access to the paid parts of the forum.

I have made a small addon that will do a redirect to the payment page as soon as they click Register:
