just wondering about moderator

Moderator are in group 7. This is the first time I am using modcp. Is it normal that moderators show in "view banned users"?
Banned Users: Permanent Ban Usergroups: Imported Banned Users, Moderators

and then below, I see all the moderators in the list. They still can perform their functions though.

Never mind... for some reasons it was set in usergroup as a banned group...
