Hey,
I'm learning php, and coded a rate script. I had no real use for this, so decided to also make it my first hack ;P
It's a rating system, like in a thread, but in navbar, and a ''rate my site''
Beware i'm new to php ;P
This does not connect to any databases, so if your forum messes up its not the hack, I swear!!

Anyway:

good idea, but it's not relying on any vBulletin protocol (templates, phrases, code structure - security)...
