Limiting first thread view

Good day all,

I am looking for some form of hack that will only show the first paragraph or two of threads in certain forums. For example, the following article: http://dislexik.com/showthread.php?t=141

For this to only show:

Protecting Temporary partitions with noexec, nosuid and nodev:
Temporary storage locations such as /tmp, /var/tmp and /dev/shm can be written to by anyone and everyone, this is needed as programs write temporary data here while they are running. Now, listen to how easy this sounds:

To anyone other than a specific group (The group needing to be specified, group or groups)

Is this possible and how would one go about doing this?
