Custom Login Redirect

Hi guys,

I am sure this is simple but can't for the life of me figure out how to do it.

I would like for a user to be re-directed to their control panel instead of index.php when they successfully login.

Where and what do I change to customize this??

heh gonna watch this thread as it's something i wanna do inthe future when i've made a few things but it should be in the login.php

In login.php find:

PHP Code:

    if ($url == 'login.php' OR $url == "$vboptions[forumhome].php" OR strpos($url, 'do=logout') !== false)
    {
        $url = "$vboptions[forumhome].php?$surl";
    } 


You need to modify $url, for usercp.php it would read as:

PHP Code:

    if ($url == 'login.php' OR $url == "$vboptions[forumhome].php" OR strpos($url, 'do=logout') !== false)
    {
        $url = "usercp.php?$surl";
    } 


I think that will do it, if it dos'nt let me know and I will take anthor look

Find:

if (empty($_REQUEST['do']) AND empty($_REQUEST['a']))
{
    exec_header_redirect("$vboptions[forumhome].php");
} 


Change to:

PHP Code:

if (empty($_REQUEST['do']) AND empty($_REQUEST['a']))
{
    exec_header_redirect("usercp.php");
} 


That should do it.
