OK, I have a board thats currently running on my server with the PHP4 extention. I have hacked it quite a bit with serveral modifications, but having problems with others due to the file extention. Now I am resorting to emailing my host and asking them to add the .php file extention to the php.ini and want run vbulletin using this extention.
So now you have the background information the question is simple. Can I save myself from losing everything I have worked on so far? EDIT:- OK ... got the idea to change all references to .php4 over to .php ... 1st: Changed all files on the server to .php 2nd: Did a find and replace within all them files for .php4 and replaced with .php 3rd: Did a find and replace on all templates for .php4 and replaces with .php This seemed to work .... all extentions converted ![]() |
