I wanna disable live link in my board. So I use to disable URL tag and it show that tag in post (of couse not effective) like below:

P.S: If I'm not mistaken, I saw a hack like that in vbulletin.org but I can't find it, right now

i don't know about a hack..but search for $checked[parseurl] and remove it from the following templates
