on my board i have a couple of childish kids posting racial remarks and insulting people for no reason. i know who they are but everytime i ban them they come in and sign up with a new name. i know about the proxy thing and the IP stuff but what can be done so i just keep that person out and not the other members with the same proxy IP. thanks in advnace for your help

i was told by to other forum admins that it doesnt work but i will try it and post on this in a few thank you for the quick response.

It works the only thing is if they are using high anonimity proxy's and their ip address info isn't forwarded it won't work.
