Need Suggestions

Hi,

I have been installing some of the great hacks found on this site. I would like to hear some feedback from some of the experts on this site as to what they think of my site.

The site has been up for a little over a year so my experiance is limited but growing. Also what is a good site growth for 1 year do the site stats look good for it's first year running?

Well im going to start in the

portal:
-shoutbox iframe needs to be fixed as the width side allows me to scroll left to right and it is throwing me off but im not sure if its the same as everyone.
-Lastest threads should be limited to top 10 or 5 as that is too much scrolling for me to reach the bottom of the page.

The header navigation looks like it has too many buttons to click I think how you should set it up is when you go to the forums you only get forum buttons and whenever u go to the portal you get the portal buttons. It will make it alot cleaner looking IMO.

I actually just installed the portal after doing the update to 3.07 so I have not played around with shoutbox all to much. I noticed that and have been meaning to fix that.

The latest thread is that long because I usually have a block under news for Random Pictures from the photo gallery and Random Product Reviews so it takes up another 10 inches of screen. Doing the update made me lose all the hacks and I am trying to get them all back up and running asap.

I tried not having the forum buttons like you said and I get people complaining because they can't use those buttons like the search and USERCP and such. I know what you mean and it used to be a lot more confusing before I changed to this new skin. I am still looking for ways to reduce the buttons but have not found an easy way. It would only take 5 buttons way doing that.

I appreciate the comments it's always good to hear what people don't like usually it comes to me later ways to make suggestions work for everyone.
