hello every one im in search of a vb hack that will not alowe any of my members( users)
to download any of the attachments from my site untill they them selfs have upload X amount of attachments to my site..
once they have reach the X amount that i specify in the hack or in group premissions can this type of hack be made ?

any help with this would be nice plz
