I think I got a more advanced question as usually from myself aranoid:

I have made a new page and need to use the code that the usercp page also does...

..the usercp page act that it has a left nav bar and with a "do="code would load it next to the right of the same page...

Is there some tut or document about how this works ?
or could someone give me a few tips so that I can try to explor it myself ?
