Remove signature from profile when no permission for sig mod

If you remove signatures from a usergroup, they do not show up in posts, however, they still show in the profile (when others view the profile page). Is there a way to have this so the signature is not shown in the profile, or even a way to have the signature deleted if they are moved to a usergroup with no signatures, or the permissions are removed?
