I've reinstalledt his hack after upgrading and if you take a look, www.707imports.com/vb3 its only half working. It shows what it should show, but its being cluttered with the typical "users currently active' hack. What can I do to fix this ?

To be honest, not too much. Quick reply box, I've adjusted styles but nothing crazy at all. Here is a test account to view it :

I think you mis-read the question (hack, not hacks).

Which "Users Active in the last 24 hours" hack have you installed ?

Well it looks like you have made an error on the template edit - check it, or revert, and do it again.
