i would reupload a clean version of functions.php then reedit it for what ever hack you were installing

there are no Hacks installed, we using php 5..... and we reinstalled the board 4 times now :S

I usually get that error when I accidentaly add 2 <head> codes, 1 in the php file itself, 1 in the template.
