How do I delete all PMs from a specific user to a specific user?

It has happened due to a script error or a b*stard user that one of my users has been flodded with 2 thousand private messages, all of them coming from the same user. The question is:

HOW DO I remove all those PM coming from user a to user b, at once?

We try to log into his control panel but server times out due to lack of resources trying to show up the list of privates.

It's a vb2.x set up, but I guess this has to be SQL driven somehow.

Ideas?
