Im looking for a hack that when someone not registerd views a message popup when they come to my forum i want a big dialog box to pop up to make them register

u installed lol sorry i didnt no where to put it so does anyone no what im talking about when someone goes to a website a box pops up and tell them to register nice to have you heere and give them a click me button to follow to compelte registration what is the hack called i need asap thank you
