I would like to offer support via PM, is it possible to have something like this, or has it been done already?
User needs support, he clicks on a link on my signature (for example), he then goes to the Send New Private Message screen, where the Recipient Username(s): is already set to Admin (or such) and then there is a drop down box below Title: where there is preset list of support options available like 'posting problem' and so on, and if possible each time a support option is chosen a preset PM appears in the Message: which the user can edit for his problem (if needed) or can discard completely and insert his own message.
Hope you understand what I mean
