I've seen this requested MANY times, so here it is - Global Admin Notes!

This turns the Administrator Notes in the Admin CP in to a global notepad type feature, whereby all admins can read and edit the same notes.. When a new admin is added, they too will automatically see the Administrator Notes in their current form.

If any of your admins still have admin notes stored, it is advisable that they be removed before installing this. No errors should occur, but better safe than sorry.

hmm, i always thought that any admin was able to see the notes but i guess im wrong. nice modification

By default, only the admin that entered a note can see that specific note. Each admin had their own Administrator Notes section within the Admin CP.. This mod just turns it into a single notes area - admitedly in a rather sloppy fashion, but it works.

Can this be modified to all all admins and mods to see/edit usernotes?

Possibly, but it would require much more modification.

Would you really want mods to be able to control the same notes as admins? Baring in mind that they can edit or delete any note posted there? Personally, I wouldn't..

Cool idea!

I also thought that all admins could see it. Like it was before, it was useless to us. But like this, it will be very useful, especially since my co-admins and I are often on at different times of the day.

i thought i was the only one who thought that everyone could see the admin notes, i was trying to write to people... :banana:
