We have just combined our mod and super mod usergroups to "Chat Leader".

The *only* feature we want our chat leaders to have is the ability to move threads from one forum to the next. No closing, no deleting, no opening.

What is the best way to accomplish this?

To make them moderators. and not supermodertors.

Moderators must be added to each forum or added to the main category (They get all forums under it.)

Supermoderors are basicly adminstrators who cannot access the admincp
