Hack to REMOVE posted links/URLs

Is there such a hack available currently ?
Tried to search but nothing relevant came up.

Some boards have a no external links policy and instead of policing the forums constantly, I wonder if there is a hack which can automatically 'pick up' posted links/Urls and remove them, like a kind of censor with the phrase [link removed] in place instead.
