Usergroup As Moderator

Can anybody make a way I can give a certain usergroup power to moderate certain forums?

I was going to post a thread about this. I wanted to make a special forum where members could go and moderate the crap out of each other for fun but I don't have time or patience to add every single member as a moderator to the forum one by one. An option to add moderators by usergroup would make it much easier.
