How can I modify my rules description, so that when member's join, they agree to the rules I have set on my forum?

Trevelyn:

Go to your Admin control panel, Languages & Phrases, Search in Phrases, enter "forum_rules_description" (without the " of course), select the third option and hit the Find button. You will find that phrase, now you only have to edit it.
