1.how do i run a sql to creat a new phase group?

2.like above but i want to creat a new template group?

first thankz the reply Dean but the first one i cant see the sql code it show blank to me

and second i already do that,but i cant see that work for me..so i ask for another way(run sql) to do that...

any idea ?? thankz.....
