Recurring Subscription OR Free with X # of Posts

Is something like this possible?

-members have to pay $ per month (the vb subscription) to access pay forum OR view images, or whatever
-If member has over X posts, then they can do whatever they want

I searched around and didnt see anything like this really... Thanks for any input!
