Open Send New Private Message template with a default Title

I'd like to create a hyperlink that will open the Send New Private Message template with a default Recipient, Title and Message. Looking at the SendPM link on the Member List I see how the Recipient is entered:

http://myforumsite/private.php?do=newpm&u=usernumber

How can I insert the Title and Message?
