No, the HTL is an outdated hack tracking system, it ran querys and thats about it, it did NOT install hacks for you.
Do not install it right now, there are several bugs and most hackers do not use it, and if they do they provide a regular installer as well.
Hopfully he will continue his work on it. I find it very usefull.
While it was good right when it came out, Kuras lack of effort to keep the hack updated killed it, also the way he went about doing things ruined it.
You can try the HIS system, while this is not the HTL it provides a standard installer stucture for anyone to use, there are no code modfications at all, it just works as is, a standalone installer base.
