Parse error, but I can't find the source

[DarkWarriorXII]

Whenever I try to post a reply on my site I get the following error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /home/kowlcla/public_html/forums/newreply.php on line 628

But on line 628 it's just ?>. I've attached the file (in txt format). Any help would be appreciated .

Ah, shoot. Really sorry about that. I thought you had to be licensed to view files here. Won't happen again .
