I help run a message board dedicated to sports card trading. It looks like we are going to be given the upgrade or leave ultimatium from our current host. They are complaining that our board is using up too much resources on the MySQL db. We just upgraded to the most recent version of vB. Other than installing vbAdvanced, we really haven't added any modification that would add to the database load. This will be our second move in the last month and a half and third within a year. This is getting to be very annoying.

I don't know how large our board would be considered. During the evening, we may have 20 to 40 active users. Our bandwidth for month has been steady at about 25G. We may have been 200 and 300 posts per day.

Now my questions:
1) How much should someone expect to pay for hosting a site with this size board? We don't make any money on this, so we have been sensitive to the price.
2) Can I get some referals to a good host who I won't have problems.
