I wouldn't stick all the What's going on stuff above the forum list. Members want to be able to get to the forum list as quick as possible, and the What's going on? table just is in the way.

I also suggest making your own color scheme.

And I waited for at least a minute for whatever is loading at the top (presumebly the navbar) but it never loaded, so I just stopped the process. What's it supposed to be?
