Slowed to a crawl

I have a vb3 installation with some mods. I have vbadvanced installed, and it is running REALLY slow. Anyone have any ideas of why?? The logins are especially slow. If anyone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated$

Runs fine for me. Maybe it's your connection or computer, or if you're downloading / uploading stop them
