Log-in form and PM recieving in non-forum .shtml page?

I'm new to hacking and haven't been able to find this hack...

My website uses .shtml pages with a lot of SSI's to pull data from other places. I'd like to have a log-in box, a "who's online" listing and PM receiving on my website .shtml pages via SSI.

Is there a current hack that does this, or does anyone know a simple way of doing it? Thanks a million!
