Changing the index.php page layout

Kinda new to .php but good with html. I need to know what page to change so i can arrange the layout of the main index on our forum.

AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Click on << >> > Expand the FORUMHOME Template Group > Wala

All html templates, no php at all
