[Mini Mod]How long until you can give more reputation?

My users are often waiting for their 24 hours to elaspse so they can give out more reputation. However there's no handy marker as to when this is.

Can anyone explain how the timings of repuation works, or even design a small count down counter?

Would really appreciate such a mod too, so that the users can see remaining click limit and/or spread needed.

Where would this information be displayed? I assume User CP...that wouldn't be too hard. I'll give it a shot tonight.

Is it possible for this info to show in the error message that displays when your unable to give more reputation? Ex: "You must give reputation to X other users" or "You must wait for X amount of time"?
