Wondering if there is any way to stop users from linking images they upload in vbgarage to other sites.

Perhaps add a watermark of some sort?

How about preventing hotlinking by checking the referrer?
cPanel powered servers could take care of that for you easily, and a check like that can be added in PHP as well otherwise.
