Quick Edit Username, Avatar, Signature via pop-ups

Description:
This hack separates and adds shortcuts in the username's menu(see attachment) lead to certain actions script pop-up. A faster way to edit users for some certain purpose though. The options in username's menu are only shown for admins who can use them.

But wouldn't you have to update counters then, which involves logging into the admin cp?

i would like to install this hack. a few questions i have
will this hack give moderators, super-moderators and as well administrators and additional administrators (usergroup which has access to modify user details)
powers to access this hack ?

@dndog: You mean the Control Panel Logs, when somebody do something via this hack, it still be recorded to the CP logs

@SaN-DeeP: Defaultly, I set it to show the shortcuts only for someone can see the Admin link at the bottom, but if you want it more specific, you can do this
Do the main installing part, after that, do this
In the postbit or postbit_legacy you've edited
Find:

<if condition="$show['admincplink']">

Replace with:

         <if condition="($bbuserinfo[usergroupid] == XX OR $bbuserinfo[usergroupid] == XX)">

and XX for the usergroupid that you want to be shown these shortcuts.

I have a question here.

I am using vBulletin 3.0.6 and I already have a few avatars registered in the forums that are only available to certain user groups. Can this hack be modified so that it's also just as easy to edit a member's usergroup and consequently alter that person's avatar (that is already registered)
