I am looking for a mod that is purely for File downloads (from your server or external). Catergories and Sub-Catergories, Usergroup permissions to stop anyone that isn't registered on your forums from downloading etc etc.

I have included a couple of pictures below to give you an example of what kind of thing I am after.

I have searched and can't seem to find anything like this.
