1. Mark all forums as read
2. Log out
3. Delete your cookies in your browser cacche
4. Refresh/reload the vbulletin.org's homepage many times (until a new message come in). Waiting 2 or 3 minutes max on vbulletin.
5 Check, as guest non-connected, if the image forum_new.gif is set to ON.

Does the image forum_new.gif is set to ON ?

For me, it is set to ON. Checked this on many forums.

Windows 98/IE6 right now.
