Integration with Comdev's HelpDesk

[konstance]

Has anyone tried this company's products before? I was looking at their HelpDesk system... wondering if I could hack it to use the vBulletin User table (registered users post tickets, mods/admins answer them). http://www.comdevweb.com/

I know the help desk topic has been discussed in the past, but there's still no solid solution on that...

Not to bring up an old thread - but I'm looking if this can be done with newsletter
