I think I screwed up a hack somewhere because when I try viewing the existing custom profile fields, the page displays "User Profile Fields in Area: Edit Profile" but thats it.

What file administrates this so I can check it for errors?

Start with user.php, then profilefield.php and possibly adminfunctions_user.php and adminfunctions_profilefield.php
